Start your holiday with our vast breakfast buffet on our panoramic terrace with brethtaking view of the mountains of Merano. On Sundays we expand the buffet with a champagne breakfast.

The traditional menu with 4 - 5 courses to choose - prepared from our head chef Engelbert who's been part of our Team ovre 30 years - you can enjoy these in the traditonal Stube or in our air-conditioned dining room.

All of the ingredients used in our kitchen and served to you, are from the region. You will find dishes inspired by a fundamental combination between the traditionall Southtyrolean recipes and mediterrian cuisine.
